Terms and Conditions for Image Submission

By submitting your portrait or any other image (hereafter referred to as "Content") to Picture Mosaics LLC (hereafter referred to as Picture Mosaics), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Grant of Rights: You grant Picture Mosaics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Picture Mosaics service and Picture Mosaics' business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
  2. Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your Content. However, by submitting Content to Picture Mosaics, you hereby grant Picture Mosaics the license described above.
  3. User Representations: You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content you submit or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in these terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
  4. Digital Transformation: You understand and agree that your submitted Content may be digitally analyzed, transformed, or incorporated into other works as part of the Picture Mosaics service.
  5. Data Storage: You agree that Picture Mosaics may store your Content on its servers for the purpose of providing and improving its services.
  6. Privacy: Picture Mosaics will handle all personal information associated with your Content in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  7. Removal: While Picture Mosaics does not guarantee the removal of Content, you may request the removal of your Content from the service by contacting us.
  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Picture Mosaics harmless from any claims resulting from your submitted Content.
  9. Modifications: Picture Mosaics reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

By submitting Content to Picture Mosaics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
